Yes. Solo travelers are welcome to join our Musandam Dibba tour. However, complimentary hotel pickup is available for bookings of 2 or more guests. If you are traveling alone, you can either meet the group at a designated pickup point or request a hotel pickup for an additional charge, subject to availability.

No. You cannot apply for a new UAE tourist visa while you have an active or valid UAE visa under your immigration file. If you currently hold an active UAE tourist visa, entry permit, or other valid UAE visa, you must exit the UAE and have the existing visa status properly closed or expire before applying for a new tourist visa, where applicable.

If you are already in the UAE on a tourist visa and wish to stay longer, you may be eligible to extend your existing tourist visa instead of applying for a new one. Extension eligibility depends on your visa type and applicable immigration rules.

If a payment fails, the booking may remain unconfirmed or availability may change. Contact Saifco Travel and Tourism before making another payment so the booking status can be checked.

Holiday packages are usually offered at a special package price that is lower than booking the individual services separately. Therefore, cancelling or choosing not to use one part of the package does not normally make you eligible for a partial refund, as the package price is based on the complete arrangement. Once any part of a package has been utilized, no refund will be provided. Any exception will be considered according to the specific booking terms and circumstances.
